Server/Dietary Worker (Full-Time & Part-time)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailPrevious experience in the food service industry preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Has Knowledge of Daily and Always Available Menu items and can provide general description to the residents.
• Assists residents with menu selections and responds to pertinent questions about menu items.
• Responsible for taking meal and beverage orders and serving requested items according to established guidelines.
• Responds to the dining needs of the residents and guests while maintaining the hospitality and service standards of Our Community.
• Attends pre-meal briefing to gain knowledge of the meal and meal support activities.
• Follows all local, state, and federal policies regarding food handlings.
• Maintains standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
• Maintains assigned tables and surrounding area in a complete state of cleanliness, appearance, and readiness.
• Performs dining room set-up and re-set of tables in accordance with dining room procedures.
• Performs and completes opening and closing checklist criteria.
• Performs and completes side work duties as assigned.
• Maintains and protects the confidentiality of resident information continuously.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and service techniques.

Available Shift:

Wednesday - 6:30 AM - 3 PM

Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 2:30 PM - 7 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
