Join our team as a Server/Host and become the welcoming face of our restaurant. In this energetic role, you will create memorable guest experiences by providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth dining operations. Whether greeting guests with a warm smile or expertly handling food and beverage orders, your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for an outstanding dining experience. These are two separate jobs as we can cross train in multiple areas. We use a role-based pay structure, where your compensation matches the specific job you perform. Hosting positions start at $13/hour, while serving positions are $3/hour plus tips.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations using our system and seat guests promptly to minimize wait times
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Willing to learn food and alcohol menus
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations to upsell menu items and enhance guest experiences
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and resetting tables to maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere

Skills

• Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours effectively
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales while ensuring guest satisfaction
• Previous host/hostess experience or serving background preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential

Pay: $3.00 - $13.00 per hour
