Server/Host/Bartender, BOH

Momo's on Pensacola Street is looking for experienced FOH (servers/host/bartender) and BOH personnel to join our team! We offer flexible work schedules, a great work environment, excellent opportunities for advancement, and more.

FOH Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet the guests following established service guidelines.
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely with coworkers, managers and guests.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests, repeating order for Guest confirmation and inputting order correctly to point-of-sale system.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities given by manager throughout shift.

FOH Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Previous serving experience preferred.
• Able to lift at least 20lbs.

BOH Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Stock inventory and ensures proper rotation of all products
• Assist with any additional duties assigned
• Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred but not required

BOH Qualifications

• Able to meet all scheduling commitments
• Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred but not required
• Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
• Strong attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.98 - $15.00 per hour plus tips.
