Sandhill Cove is recruiting for a hospitality-focused Server (20-28 hours per week) to join our culinary team! This role provides full-scope, hands-on serving functions within the community.
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dining Room Server:
- Prepares service station, sets tables, and completes other opening duties as requested by the Manager.
- Run food and drinks to tables.
- Assist in clearing tables in a timely manner.
- Buss tables after guest service is complete.
- Attends pre-shift meetings.
- Anticipates resident and guest needs and reacts appropriately to deliver excellent experiences.
- Good organizational skills.
Breaks down and cleans service area, and carries out other closing duties as requested by the Manager.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Frequently required to stand and walk for long periods, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch, and twist or reach.
- Push, pull, or lift to 30 pounds on occasion.
- Continuous repetitive motions. Periodically work in hot, humid, and/or noisy environments.

Must be available to work every other weekend both Saturday and Sunday as well as some holidays.
Starting hourly rate: $15 - $18 depending on experience; no tipping
