Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations by bussing and sanitizing as needed
• Assist in food preparation tasks when necessary, supporting kitchen staff with basic food handling and prep duties
• Ensure food safety standards are upheld by following proper sanitation procedures and food handling protocols

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or quick service in elderly setting
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting, balancing multiple tables and tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with serving
• Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential

We all work together serving, cooking, cleaning up , doing dishes, taking out garbage. Hrs available, 1030 to 130 ,8am to 130, 3 to 630pm, 10:30 to 1:30 ,
