Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through menus, offering recommendations and answering questions about food and beverages.
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate service during busy hours, including banquet events, catering functions, and nightclub nights.
• Upsell menu items to increase sales while providing attentive customer service that encourages repeat visits.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining, banquet settings, or nightlife environments such as nightclubs.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus for efficient order processing.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously without sacrificing quality of service.
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and knowledge of food safety regulations are essential.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales upselling, and accurate bill calculation are required.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
