SERVERS NEEDED

Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer relations skills, and experience in fine dining environments. This role involves providing exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, efficient order handling, and a thorough understanding of our menu offerings.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using TOAST system
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of food presentation and quality
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
• Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting host/host duties as needed
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, wine pairings, and specials
• Manage guest relations to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
• Experience with POS systems such as Toast
• Background in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings is preferred
• Familiarity with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety standards
• Knowledge of the food industry trends, including upselling techniques and guest services best practices
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,400.00 per week
