Hard Rock Cafe is looking for some amazing seasoned cocktail and Dinner servers toJoin our summer team as we are gearing up for a killer summer season. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your food service expertise in a dynamic environment that celebrates fine dining and nightlife energy.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, provide menu recommendations, and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha or Micros.
• Prepare and serve cocktails with precision, showcasing flair and attention to detail to enhance guest enjoyment.
• Upsell menu items and drink specials to maximize sales while ensuring guest preferences are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in line with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and kitchen cooperation.
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining or nightlife experience.
• Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations quickly during busy hours, and supporting host/hostess duties when needed.
• Use reservation systems like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements efficiently during peak times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs.
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and cashiering procedures.
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations seamlessly during high-volume periods.
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Previous experience with serving cocktails, bartending skills preferred but not required; culinary experience is a plus.
