Server/Shift Lead

Job Summary

We're looking for an energetic and motivated person to join our staff. You must be able to work as part of a team, demonstrate excellent leadership skills, take direction from others, work to meet goals, and be self-motivated.

Please have open or flexible availability. Must be available to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

Offer exceptional customer service at all times

Stock store with necessary supplies and products at all times

Keep store neat and clean at all times

Training and developing staff

Ensure that you and all staff are serving products to the standards set by Abbott's

Monitor cash flow and make sure it is handled securely at all times

Meet goals set by Abbott's Frozen Custard

Qualifications and Skills

Candidate should have high school diploma or equivalent

2+ years Food Service or Customer service experience

2+ years experience in a supervisor or lead position

Food Safety Certification not required but preferred

Must be available to work a variety of days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
