Server/Waiter

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing top-notch service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and dietary restrictions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain high standards of hygiene.
• Upsell menu items when appropriate to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and culinary techniques is an asset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.

Pay: $14.55 - $25.00 per hour
