Server/Waiter

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic servers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service skills, creating memorable experiences for our membership and guests. As a server it imperative to know food and beverage and also the step of service for al a cart service and banquet events.

Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Greet members and guests promptly and professionally
• Build rapport and anticipate needs
• Provide attentive, personalized service throughout the meal
• Menu Knowledge
• Fully understand all food and beverage offerings
• Be able to describe dishes, ingredients, and preparation methods
• Make recommendations and upsell appropriately
• Order Execution
• Accurately take and input orders into the POS system
• Ensure proper timing and coordination with kitchen and bar
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently and correctly
• Table Maintenance
• Maintain clean, organized tables at all times
• Follow proper steps of service (water service, clearing, resetting)
• Monitor guest satisfaction continuously
• Professional Standards
• Adhere to uniform and grooming policies
• Maintain composure under pressure
• Communicate effectively with team members and management

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
