Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide them with key details surrounding the flow of our restaurant.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience through excellent customer service.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.

• Proficient in using cash registers and handling cash transactions.
