Server – Fine Dining RestaurantRequirements

• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
• Previous experience as a Server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment required.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and fine dining service etiquette preferred.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and personalized service to all guests.
• Present menus, explain dishes, specials, and ingredients with confidence and accuracy.
• Demonstrate knowledge of wines, cocktails, spirits, and food pairings.
• Make recommendations and upsell menu items in a professional and guest-focused manner.
• Take and accurately enter food and beverage orders into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages following fine dining service standards.
• Monitor tables throughout service to ensure guest satisfaction and anticipate needs.
• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of stations and dining areas.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, hosts, and management to ensure smooth service.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of serving experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations.
• Wine knowledge and understanding of classic service techniques is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
• Strong teamwork mentality and attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
