We are looking for competent and enthusiastic front of the house staff members. Servers to take and deliver orders, and a bartender that will be able to create classic and innovative drinks that will meet and exceed our guests expectations - providing them with a top notch dining experience. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. At times, it is a fast-paced environment and you will need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) while still having a polite and friendly attitude. Some of the responsibilities and skills listed below will be applicable to both the Server and Bartender positions. Experience is preferred, but not required. (Compensation includes salary and tips)
Bartender Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcohol and/or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and beverages
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present seasonal cocktails and drink menu
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Server Responsibilities:
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Attend to customers upon entrance (if there is no host on the shift schedule)
- Present restaurant menus and daily specials to customers; take and serve orders
- Answer questions or make recommendations for the customers
- Collaborate well with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
- Deal with customer complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Issue bills and accept payment
- “Opening” duties, such as: Preparing beverages, tables, dining/silverware, etc. and “Closing” duties, such as: cleaning the bathrooms, floors, common surface areas, etc.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks (bartender)
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean (bartender)
- Relevant training certificate (bartender)
- Computer proficiency
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Restaurant serving experience (preferred)
- Hands-on experience in cashier duties
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- Patient and customer-oriented approach
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
- Responsible and trustworthy

Pay: $200.00 - $1,200.00 per week
