Server/Waiter/Waitress

Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Server. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Duties: - Greet guests and escort them to their tables - Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverages - Take accurate food and drink orders from guests - Enter orders into the Square POS system or cash register - Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks - Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns - Clear tables and reset them for the next guest - Handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide accurate change - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area Skills: - Previous experience using Square POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Proficient in cash handling procedures - Knowledge of basic kitchen operations and culinary terminology - Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Outstanding guest relations skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with kitchen staff If you are passionate about the restaurant industry and enjoy providing top-notch service to guests, we would love to hear from you.
