Server/Waitress

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and inviting dining atmosphere. Ideal candidates will have experience in the food industry, particularly in restaurants or nightclubs, and possess strong communication skills.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus, ensuring they feel welcomed.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, including Aloha POS.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed to support team efficiency.
• Ensure cleanliness of the dining area by sanitizing tables, chairs, and service areas.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism to enhance guest relations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any special requests.
• Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables while providing attentive service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a server role within the restaurant or nightclub industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems; experience with Aloha POS is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
• Excellent guest relations skills to create positive dining experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift trays of food or beverages as needed.
