Service Advisor

Work Location: In person, Asheville, NC
Full-Time
Pay Range from $50,000 plus commission

Position Summary:
The Service Advisor will assign and direct all work performed in the branch and supervise all areas of the operation. Must work with staff, foster a positive environment, and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. A hands-on approach, committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable the achievement of sales goals, while complying with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., Safety, OSHA, HazMat, and DOT. Knowledgeable about safe work practices, policies, and procedures, and performs all duties in a safe manner.

DUTIES

Providing leadership for all team members of the facility
Business operations/management of daily activities
Visiting potential customers to gain accounts
Contacting potential businesses and creating proposals for fleet maintenance contractual agreements
Maintain and create daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports
Supervisory Duties
