Overview
The Service Advisor serves as the primary link between customers and the workshop. The role involves understanding customer concerns, preparing accurate job cards and estimates, coordinating repairs with technicians, providing timely updates, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Listen to customer concerns and record detailed vehicle issues.
- Explain required repairs, services, and timelines clearly.
- Provide recommendations for preventive maintenance and additional services.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Estimation & Documentation
- Create accurate job cards, quotations, and cost estimates.
- Explain pricing, labour, and parts details to customers.
- Seek approvals for additional work when required.
- Ensure all customer complaints and instructions are properly documented.
Workshop Coordination
- Communicate job details clearly to technicians.
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with the parts department for parts availability.
- Conduct a final quality check before vehicle delivery.
Vehicle Delivery
- Inform customers when the vehicle is ready.
- Explain the completed work and final invoice clearly.
- Address customer queries and resolve any service-related concerns.
- Ensure a smooth and professional vehicle delivery process.
Administrative Tasks
- Maintain updated records in the service management system.
- Follow up on delayed jobs or pending approvals.
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
- Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of mechanical systems.
- Ability to identify customer-reported issues and translate them into technical tasks.
- Familiarity with job card systems and service management software.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to explain technical matters in simple terms.

- Hindi language is a must (Required)

Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and service management software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
