Job Summary
- Point of contact for dealers on technical issues, escalations, and service-related matters as designated by the Team Leader.
- Manage service claim lifecycle including validation, approval coordination, documentation accuracy, and dealer follow-up.
- Monitor repair performance, failure trends, and recurring issues, providing structured reports to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams (QA, SW, Logistics) to ensure service alignment with product updates and company standards.
- Supervise AV unit diagnostics, troubleshooting, and warranty repair processes to maintain service quality.
- Maintain accurate tracking of service logs, inventory status, and system records to ensure operational transparency.
- Conduct field visits to dealers in UAE, South Africa and GCC when required to support technical resolution and strengthen business relationships.
- Support product quality improvement by reporting field feedback and verifying corrective actions.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 - 5 years UAE experience
- Basic knowledge in MS office (advance knowledge is an advantage)
- Good communication skills
- Strong knowledge of audio video navigation system repairs and maintenance
- Good problem-solving ability and initiative to handle dealer concerns, complaints, and request with professionalism
- Valid UAE driver’s license
- Not more than 35 years old

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
