Responsibilities and Duties - As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. You will be the face of our company, working with customers to identify their needs, providing estimates, and coordinating repairs with our team of experienced technicians. The ability to multitask and prioritize is essential, as is a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.

Responsibilities - Scheduling, customer service, quality control, selling, estimating, employee training, opening / closing, public relations, accounts receivable, and other duties.

Qualifications and Skills - Our ideal candidate has previous experience in a customer service role and is comfortable using computer systems to input and retrieve information. However, experience is not a requirement, and we welcome candidates who are quick learners and have a positive attitude.

Minimum qualifications - People skills, basic computer skills and positive attitude. We will train if needed.
