Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Mechanical Engineering graduate to join our automotive aftersales team as a Service Advisor. The candidate will act as the liaison between customers and the workshop, ensuring smooth service operations, excellent customer satisfaction, and timely vehicle repairs.

You’ll handle:

• Welcome customers and understand unit service concerns.
• Prepare repair orders/job cards accurately.
• Coordinate with workshop technicians regarding unit repairs and maintenance.
• Explain service recommendations, repair processes, and estimated costs to customers.
• Follow up on unit repair status and update customers regularly.
• Support service team in maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
• Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and service documentation.
• Promote preventive maintenance and additional service offerings.
• Ensure proper documentation within the Dealer Management System (DMS).
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and manufacturer procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering.
• With 1-2 year of experience preferred.
• Strong interest in the automotive industry and customer service,
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and vehicle maintenance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Work Location:

Sharjah - MTM Powersport

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
