Job Title: Automotive Service Advisor (Arabic & English Speaking)

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automotive service team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Arabic and English, have strong communication skills, and possess solid experience in the automotive service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements
• Prepare job cards and explain repair/service recommendations
• Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely service completion
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Upsell additional services and maintenance packages when required
• Ensure proper follow-up and documentation of all service activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is mandatory
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literacy and experience with service management systems preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
