Service Advisor

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automotive workshop team. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling customers, preparing job cards, upselling services, and coordinating with the workshop team to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and understand vehicle concerns and service requirements
• Prepare job cards and explain repair/service recommendations clearly
• Coordinate with technicians and workshop team for repair updates
• Provide accurate estimates, quotations, and timelines to customers
• Follow up with customers for approvals and pending work
• Ensure proper vehicle check-in and delivery process
• Upsell detailing, tinting, PPF, ceramic coating, and other workshop services
• Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Maintain daily follow-up on leads, pending approvals, and outstanding payments
• Ensure all vehicles are delivered on time and in proper condition
• Maintain customer records and service history accurately

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in automotive industry
• Strong communication and customer handling skills
• Good knowledge of automotive repairs and car care services
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with workshop software preferred
• UAE driving license is an advantage
