Service Advisor - Arabic speaker

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will act as the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring excellent service experience and smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns

Prepare job cards and explain repair processes & cost estimates

Coordinate with technicians and workshop team

Provide regular updates to customers regarding repair status

Upsell additional services when needed

Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor (automotive industry)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Basic technical knowledge of vehicles

Ability to handle pressure and multitask

Experience with luxury or German brands is a plus

Currently available in UAE (preferred)
