About the Role
We are looking for a Service Advisor Arabic speaker to join our automotive service center.
The ideal candidate will be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring excellent customer experience, accurate job handling, and smooth coordination with technicians.
This position is suitable for candidates who have sales experience and strong customer-handling skills.
Full training will be provided, so automotive experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their vehicle concerns clearly
Open job cards and explain required repairs and services
Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely repairs
Provide clear cost estimates and obtain customer approval before work starts
Follow up with customers on job progress and delivery time
Promote additional services (up-selling) when applicable
Ensure proper documentation, invoicing accuracy, and service history updates
Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues efficiently
Requirements
Strong knowledge of automotive service and repair processes
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple jobs
Familiar with job cards, DMS systems, and service KPIs
Fluent in Arabic (English is an advantage)
