Service Advisor -Commercial Vehicle Repair Workshop –

Apply only if the candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry in the UAE.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare repair estimates and schedule repair jobs.
• Analyze work orders and discuss required work with the concerned team.
• Prepare invoices and other mandatory documentation.
• Handle customer calls and respond to email inquiries professionally.
• Perform customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct after-sales follow-ups and develop strong customer relationships.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in the automotive industry.
• Proven experience in HCV and LCV commercial vehicle repair workshops.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Fluency in Hindi, English, and Malayalam is mandatory.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
