• Role Overview

As a Service Advisor / Estimator, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our technical team. You’ll ensure every restoration journey is clearly documented, accurately costed, and communicated. This role combines technical understanding with customer service excellence.

• Key Responsibilities

- Greet and guide clients through the restoration and service process

- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs, restorations, and maintenance

- Document workflows, parts, and labor with precision

- Liaise with suppliers for period-correct materials and components

- Maintain clear communication between clients and technicians

• Requirements

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Estimator

- Strong technical knowledge of classic and modern vehicles

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to prepare detailed cost breakdowns and documentation

- Passion for automotive heritage and restoration culture

- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
