Service Advisor for Busy Truck Shop - Health Insurance, No Weekends!

Not all shop owners will agree with me, but I feel the Service Advisor is the most important position in the shop. It is also one of the toughest positions in our industry. Successful shops, no matter what name is on the building, are led by honest, competent, caring, and driven Service Advisors, period. The best marketing in the world cannot make up for the wrong person answering the phones. The best techs in town have empty bays when good Service Advisors are missing up front.

My name is Mike Pettengill, and I am the Owner & Founder of Fleet Ready Corp. I started this business 28 years ago as a mechanic who wanted to help truck owners and fleets with honest and competent service and repairs. Some of our very first customers are still with us today because from day one we have focused on building trusting relationships and providing the best service possible. It sounds simple but it seems more and more shops are losing sight of this each year.

We are looking for an honest, competent, caring, and motivated Service Advisor to join our team and help take great care of our customers. We have a healthy backlog of work waiting and a constant flow of new customers to keep our shop busy. Our comeback rate is almost non-existent, and our customers trust us, so you can focus on positive interactions and not damage control and unhappy customers. On top of that we have a superb group of technicians and parts staff in the shop who are here to do solid and honest work as a team.
