We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Expert to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality service experience. The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive service writing and a passion for helping people keep their vehicles safe and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Greet customers, schedule service appointments, and provide clear updates throughout the repair process.
- Service Advising: Translate complex mechanical issues (brakes, suspension, diagnostics) into easy-to-understand explanations for customers.
- Estimating & Sales: Create accurate repair estimates and confidently present service recommendations.
- Workflow Management: Coordinate with the shop technicians to ensure vehicles are completed on time.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of service history and customer interactions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in an automotive service advisor or front desk role.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of general automotive repair, specifically brakes, tires, and maintenance intervals.
- System Proficiency: Experience using shop management software is required (experience with Tekmetric is a significant plus).
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Reliability: Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented.
