Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating vehicle repairs, and ensuring a smooth service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and assess their vehicle concerns.
  • Provide accurate repair estimates and explain recommended services.
  • Communicate with technicians to track service progress.
  • Keep customers informed about their vehicle status.
  • Prepare job cards, invoices, and necessary documentation.
  • Ensure timely completion and delivery of vehicles.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and handle inquiries professionally.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop (preferred).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of car repairs and maintenance.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using workshop management software.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
