Service Advisor/Front Office Lead

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival and accurately assess their vehicle service needs
• Explain repair and maintenance procedures clearly, providing detailed estimates using auto estimating tools
• Offer additional services such as oil changes, tire services, alignments, brake repairs, suspension work, and transmission repairs, if needed, to maximize customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
• Manage all aspects of service writing, including documenting customer concerns, vehicle diagnostics, and repair orders
• Handle transactions accurately
• Maintain a thorough understanding of automotive diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and repair processes across various systems.

Experience

• Proven automotive experience or automotive service management background
• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems, and vehicle maintenance procedures
• Experience in auto estimating and service writing
• Familiarity with a wide range of automotive repairs such as oil changes, tire services, alignments, suspension work, brake repairs, transmissions, engine repairs, shocks & struts replacement, air brake systems
• Customer service excellence with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients
• Prior experience working with service technicians or in a mechanic environment is highly desirable
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a busy setting

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
