Service and Lubricants Sales Engineer

Join our Service team! İltekno is looking for a Service and Lubricants Sales Engineer who will be responsible for conducting service and lubricants sales activities by providing technically and financially optimum solutions for equipment performance.


Job Responsibilities

  • Create lubricant and service sales opportunities (lubricants, service and maintenance contracts, spare parts, engine maintenance, repair, etc.)
  • Find customers with new service potential and improve relationships,
  • Submitting the proposal, including the calculation of the sales price,
  • Follow up and realize lubricant and service sales,
  • Support the customer in determining their needs, increase service sales potential, and ensure customer satisfaction,
  • Keep track of service provided to customers for complete fulfillment up to the stage of invoicing and payment,
  • Continually develop and align long-term business strategy plans and targets,
  • Identify marketing activities plans to identify opportunities with existing and potential new customers,
  • Collate information regarding market pricing and expectations,
  • Committing field tests, to find solution to problems and advising the most appropriate and customer specific oiling applications to clients,
  • Lubricants stock management and follow-up customer stocks for planning future deliveries,
  • Analyzing lubricant results and counseling the customer,
  • Work in coordination with the service team to fulfill the terms of the Service Maintenance Agreement,


Experience / Qualification

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in engineering, (preferably in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical or Energy Systems)
  • Min. 1 year of experience in a similar position, experience in Technical B2B Sales and/or technical knowledge within Oil & Gas, Power Gen, or other general energy industries,
  • Detail-oriented and have a demonstrated ability to provide timely feedback to both internal and external customers,
  • A strong commercial awareness and a good understanding of business fundamentals,
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented setting and develop complex solutions utilizing the entire İltekno portfolio,
  • Fluent in English,
  • Having a Class B Driver's Licence and being an active car driver
  • Initiative driven by strong social and interpersonal skills to support sales,
  • Strong customer mindset,
  • Strong work ethic,
