Key Responsibilities
- Identify customers needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment’s and services
- Promote and sell after-sales service maintenance packages and other support services effectively
- Identify and understand current and future customer service requirements
- Ensure preparation and creation of technical and sales offers at market rates aligned with company’s sales policy
- Liaise with logistics and production teams regarding products assembly, modification, delivery and commissioning
- Provide technical assistance or application training to customers on products and their performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s /Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Work experience in similar profile is an added advantage.
- Technical knowledge related to the Lab equipment’s (Research and Academic)
- Advanced product and application knowledge
- Strong customer service focus, sense of urgency to meet or exceed customer expectation and achieve daily commitments
- Willing to travel as and when required
- Trouble shooting
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Master's degree (Preferred)
