Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally, assisting them with scheduling service appointments via phone, email, or in person
• Accurately input appointment details into the dealership’s scheduling system, coordinating with service advisors
• Keep detailed records of all appointments, customer interactions, and follow-up actions to ensure seamless workflow

Requirements

• Previous experience in a dealership environment or auto service management is highly preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
• Answer all Internet Leads pertaining to service appointment request and questions with the goal of setting Service appointments for the service department.
