Service Asset Configuration Management Consultant ensures accurate control of IT assets and configuration items, supporting ITSM processes, compliance, risk reduction, and operational efficiency through structured governance and lifecycle management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage configuration management database and asset lifecycle
• Maintain accurate configuration item records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with ITIL and governance standards
