Service BDC Representative - Automotive

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to support our service department by managing inbound and outbound customer communications. This role plays a critical part in converting customer inquiries into scheduled service appointments and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries for the service department
  • Make outbound calls and texts to schedule and confirm service appointments
  • Follow up with customers regarding service needs, missed appointments, and satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and dealership systems
  • Use scripts and communication guidelines to ensure consistent messaging
  • Coordinate with service advisors and management to meet customer needs
  • Track and meet daily/weekly appointment and call goals

✅ Qualifications

  • Previous customer service, call center, or BDC experience preferred
  • Strong phone communication and active listening skills
  • Basic computer and CRM system knowledge
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
  • High school diploma or GED required
