Service BDC Representative / Service Scheduling Coordinator | Full-time - Parker Toyota

Overview:
Parker Automotive is looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Service BDC Representative to join our fast-paced and high-volume service department. This person will be the voice of Parker Automotive — answering calls, booking service appointments, and helping customers navigate through their vehicle maintenance.

Work Schedule: Rotating 4-10's (Monday through Saturday)

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer inbound calls and online inquiries quickly and professionally
  • Schedule maintenance, warranty, and recall appointments for customers
  • Reach out to customers for follow-ups and overdue services
  • Confirm next-day appointments and assist with parts coordination
  • Track and maintain calls, appointments, and customer satisfaction in the CRM system
  • Support the service team by managing shop capacity efficiently and acting as a liasion between customers

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent phone and communication skills (high-volume calls)
  • Friendly, customer-first attitude
  • Comfortable with multitasking in a busy environment
  • Prior automotive or call-center experience is a plus
  • Basic computer proficiency (CRM, Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite)
