Basil Ford Walden is growing and looking to add a Service Business Development Representative to join our Service department!

Start your career in the automotive industry with a team that values growth, energy, and customer connection. We’re looking for a motivated Service Business Development Representative to help drive our service department’s success.

What You’ll Do:
As a Service BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—helping to create a smooth and positive service experience.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails
Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
Reconnect with past and inactive customers
Support the service team by maintaining strong customer communication
Accurately log interactions in our system
What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)
Previous customer service experience
Positive, professional attitude
Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
Reliable and team-oriented
Call center experience is a plus, but not required
