What is the job
waiting for you?

Develops business strategies aligned with after-sales targets and policies; initiates and manages projects to enhance the quality, efficiency, and performance of the domestic and international service network,
-
Analyzes after-sales processes and conducts feasibility studies to implement business development projects and campaigns,
-
Plans and oversees the evaluation, appointment, onboarding, and termination of authorized service centers in compliance with legal regulations, including contractual agreements, system integration, and training coordination,
-
Monitors and evaluates the performance of service partners through KPIs, premium structures, and regular audits; manages related action plans and improvement initiatives,
-
Establishes and maintains strong relationships with service partners to ensure continuous improvement and engagement,
-
Collaborates with after-sales, legal, compliance, sales, and other relevant business units to ensure alignment and integration of service development initiatives.
What we a
re looking for?

Bachelor's degree from Engineering faculties,
-
Proficiency in English (written and spoken),
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry,

Willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally, as needed to visit current service partners and assess potential new locations.
