Full job description

We are seeking an experienced dispatcher to join our team! You will play a critical role in ensuring our customers' needs are met promptly and efficiently. You will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, responding to emails, booking jobs, and classifying calls based on customer inquiries, quality control, invoices, as well as taking customer payments. We are looking for a driven and task-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can consistently deliver top-notch service.

630am - 300 pm Monday- Friday In-office position only.

NOTE: This is a dog-friendly office, so if you don't like dogs this won't be a good fit

Every other week you will be on call (we will provide a work phone) - On call weeks earn an addition $500 weekly pay. On call is mobile, not in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming phone calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner. Provide information, answer questions, and assist with resolving issues or concerns.
• Monitor and respond to customer emails/message system in a timely and helpful manner, addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Schedule appointments and services for customers, coordinating with the appropriate team members and ensuring accurate booking details.
• Properly classify and document customer calls, inquiries, and issues for tracking and analysis purposes. Identify and prioritize urgent matters.
• Work diligently to resolve customer issues or complaints, escalating to management when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our products or services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, bookings, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve complex issues.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotes, invoices
• Help manage and maintain appointments and follow-ups
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services - Experience in Plumbing PLUS!!
