Responsibilities

• • Make outbound calls to customers regarding service appointments

Qualifications

• • Previous experience in customer service

  • or sales is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone demeanor
  • Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
