Job Title:

Service Controller – HVAC

Job Summary:

The Service Controller – HVAC is responsible for managing and coordinating all service operations related to Air conditioning systems. This role ensures the efficient execution of installation, maintenance, repair, and technical support activities while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The Service Controller oversees scheduling and supervision of service technicians, liaises with clients, and collaborates with internal departments and subcontractors to deliver timely, cost-effective, and reliable service solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor all service activities to ensure timely execution and optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Manage installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair operations for HVAC systems and equipment.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and operational standards.
  • Provide technical support, guidance, and training to customers and technicians on system operation and maintenance procedures.
  • Liaise with technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Perform regular site visits and prepare accurate service documentation, including service reports, maintenance logs, BOQs, and commissioning records.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes during all service activities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for service operations and recommend improvements for productivity and efficiency.
  • Stay current with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices related to HVAC systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent qualification).
  • Proven experience in service coordination, maintenance, or technical support within the HVAC industry.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple service projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in preparing technical service reports and maintaining detailed records.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
