Job Description:

1. Assessment of Client Requirements

2. Maintaining & tracking client service requests

3. Accurate & Timely Job Assignment & Scheduling for technicians

4. Coordinate with clients for enquiries, appointments etc.

5. Maintain records of service request, job order and client interaction

6. Prepare reports and Calibration and Test Certificates on service activities

7. Collaboration with Sales , Customer and technical team to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.

8. Preparing Quotes, Purchase orders and Logistics coordination.

Skills

1. Experience in Tally ERP is a plus

2. Proved work experience as service coordinator

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Record Keeping & Attention to detail.
