We’re Hiring: Service Coordinator

Employment Type: Full-time

Start Date: Immediate

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage service-related activities, coordinate with field teams, and ensure smooth and timely delivery of services to our clients. Knowledge of accounts handling would be appreciated.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily service schedules, technician assignments, and client appointmentsAct as the main point of contact for customers regarding service requests and follow-upsLog, track, and monitor service tickets to ensure timely completionCommunicate with technicians, clients, and management to resolve issues efficientlyPrepare service reports, documentation, and updatesMaintain accurate records of service activities and client interactionsSupport internal teams with administrative and operational tasks

Requirements:Previous experience in service coordination or a similar customer service/operations roleStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in MS Office and service management software (preferred)Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of accounting would be an added benefit.Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
