Full-Time: Help Run the Engine of Our Service Operation. Consolidated Laundry is looking for a highly organized and driven Service Dispatcher to join our Columbia team. This role serves as the operations hub of our service department — coordinating technicians, helping customers, and ensuring our team delivers fast, reliable service every day. Our dispatch team plays a critical role in the success of our operation, and technicians rely on dispatch to keep the day organized and running smoothly. What You’ll Do: Dispatch & Route Coordination

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians based on location, skill set, and urgency
• Build efficient daily routes that minimize travel time and maximize technician productivity
• Adjust schedules in real time to handle emergencies or changes

Customer Communication

• Receive incoming service requests via phone, email, or online systems
• Gather customer and equipment information
• Provide customers with realistic service timelines and updates
• Communicate clearly regarding delays, parts status, or technician arrival times

Operational Coordination

• Maintain regular communication with technicians throughout the day
• Monitor job progress and adjust scheduling as needed
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery

Work Order Management

• Enter and update service job information in Salesforce
• Verify technicians complete and close work orders daily
• Ensure accurate documentation, including service notes, labor time, and parts used
• Track warranty work and service callbacks

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple moving schedules at once
• Customer service experience
• Dispatching, logistics coordination, or service scheduling experience preferred
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce or similar) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Position Details Location: Columbia, SC
Schedule: Full-time
Compensation: $20 – $26 per hour (depending on experience)
