About Us

We are a growing commercial electrical and low voltage contractor serving enterprise clients with multiple locations across the country. As a national service provider, we support customers who rely on responsive service, strong communication, and consistent execution across every site.

We are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator / Dispatcher who is organized, tech-savvy, eager to work, and able to collaborate well with others. This role is critical to helping our service team stay efficient, proactive, and on schedule.

Position Overview

The Service Coordinator / Dispatcher will work closely with a counterpart to support daily service operations, coordinate scheduling, communicate with subcontractors and clients, track equipment, and help ensure technicians are keeping job and ticket information updated.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong service coordination experience who understands the pace and urgency of the service industry and can communicate with clients in a polished, professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain communication with subcontractors and clients to support service operations
  • Build and finalize schedules the day before, not the day of
  • Coordinate and schedule lift deliveries for upcoming work
  • Track equipment using a live sheet and maintain visibility of tools and resources
  • Monitor technicians to ensure ticket information is entered accurately and on time
  • Work closely with a counterpart to keep dispatch operations organized and covered
  • Provide clear, professional communication to clients regarding scheduling, service updates, and coordination needs
  • Support field teams with timely communication and scheduling updates
  • Help maintain smooth daily workflow across service operations

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Service Coordinator in the service industry is required
  • Dispatching experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience in the commercial electrical, low voltage, construction, or related service industry is strongly preferred
  • Must be good with technology and comfortable using scheduling systems, spreadsheets, and tracking tools
  • ServiceTitan experience is a major plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Must be able to communicate with clients in a professional, polished, and customer-focused manner
  • Able to collaborate effectively with teammates, field technicians, subcontractors, and office staff
  • Eager to work, dependable, and proactive
  • Able to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
