Service Coordinator

Position Summary:

Daily coordination of Service Calls and Service Technicians work schedules. First point of contact for all incoming calls, and primary contact for service customers.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Answers all incoming calls and routes them to appropriate departments
  • Schedules and dispatches technicians ensuring calls are dispatched in a timely manner while managing changing priorities, new service requests, maintenance contract obligations, and project deadlines
  • Monitors Fleet Vehicle GPS to ensure technicians are maintaining schedules
  • Answers customers’ questions and provides additional information as needed
  • Provides timely feedback to management regarding service failures and/or client concerns
  • Creates work orders and purchase orders
  • Bills out work orders, maintenance contracts and service quotes
  • Sets up new service customers and vendors in service program
  • Assists service technicians with repair quotes (i.e. parts availability, quotes to Customer, etc.)
  • Orders filters for maintenance contracts
  • Orders uniforms and business cards
  • All other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by supervisor/manager

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Commercial HVAC Mechanical Environment: 2 years (Preferred)
