Position Summary:
Daily coordination of Service Calls and Service Technicians work schedules. First point of contact for all incoming calls, and primary contact for service customers.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Answers all incoming calls and routes them to appropriate departments
- Schedules and dispatches technicians ensuring calls are dispatched in a timely manner while managing changing priorities, new service requests, maintenance contract obligations, and project deadlines
- Monitors Fleet Vehicle GPS to ensure technicians are maintaining schedules
- Answers customers’ questions and provides additional information as needed
- Provides timely feedback to management regarding service failures and/or client concerns
- Creates work orders and purchase orders
- Bills out work orders, maintenance contracts and service quotes
- Sets up new service customers and vendors in service program
- Assists service technicians with repair quotes (i.e. parts availability, quotes to Customer, etc.)
- Orders filters for maintenance contracts
- Orders uniforms and business cards
- All other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by supervisor/manager
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Experience:
- Commercial HVAC Mechanical Environment: 2 years (Preferred)
