What You'll Do:

• Answer incoming service calls and book jobs with a warm, professional, customer-first approach
• Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently using ServiceTitan, matching the right tech to each job
• Manage the dispatch board in real time, adjusting for cancellations, emergencies, and changing priorities
• Keep customers informed on arrival windows, updates, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate customer records, job notes, and documentation in ServiceTitan
• Coordinate closely with technicians and office staff to keep the day moving and capture every opportunity

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service, dispatch, or scheduling experience (plumbing, HVAC, or trades preferred)
• Excellent phone presence and communication skills
• Strong organization and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure
• Comfortable using technology; experience with ServiceTitan (or a similar field-service platform) is a strong plus
• Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism
