American Air Compressor is a growing company seeking a highly organized Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to keep our service team running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys scheduling, customer communication, and problem-solving.

What You’ll Do
Schedule and dispatch technicians for service and maintenance calls
Manage daily routes and technician calendars for maximum efficiency
Communicate with customers to schedule, confirm, and follow up on work
Track open work orders and maintain accurate records
Assist with parts research, ordering, and inventory coordination

What We’re Looking For
Experience in dispatching, scheduling, service coordination, or customer service preferred
Strong organization and multitasking skills
Clear, professional communication (phone and email)
Ability to stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and reliable with a strong work ethic

We will train the right candidate with strong organizational and communication skills

Work Environment
Full-time, in-person position (not remote)
Office-based role in Jacksonville, FL
