Service Coordinator / Office & Warehouse Support

Overview

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a dual-role position supporting both office operations and warehouse activities. This role is essential in helping coordinate service work, manage parts, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare service repair quotes and send them to customers
  • Follow up on unapproved quotes to ensure timely decisions
  • Order parts for approved repair jobs
  • Coordinate and schedule repairs between office staff, technicians, and customers
  • Assist with taking customer part orders and preparing shipments
  • Unload freight trucks using a forklift
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse

Skills

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment
  • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, etc.)
  • Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
  • Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift 100lb +

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
